Annual Training Network Meeting
8-9 December 2021 - Ankara
An “Annual Training Network Meeting” was held between 8-9 December 2021 within the scope of the Social Inclusion for the Persons with Mental Disabilities Project carried out with the financial support of the European Union Delegation to Turkey, and with the collaboration of the World Health Organization, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Family and Social Services.
The Annual Training Network Meeting aims to share information about the training programs developed within the scope of the Project, discuss how to improve the effects of training programs at local levels, and bring together a group consisting of representatives from beneficiary institutions to present exemplary works on coordination regarding community-based mental health coordination.
Current training activities, approaches to training, solutions for current challenges and feedbacks on selected modules were shared, a discussion on how to improve the effects of training programs at local levels was held, and exemplary works on coordination regarding community-based mental health coordination were presented at the meeting.
At the meeting, which was held online on an interactive platform with a total of 638 participants, the second documentary of the Project, It’s Good to be Remembered, prepared within the scope of the Social Inclusion for Persons with Mental Disabilities Project, was screened.
