Peter Baker stated that the aim of the training is to improve the skills of social workers and to increase the quality of life of people in a service environment where there is less use of coercive behavior towards the individuals they serve. In addition, Peter Baker expressed his wishes that this approach should expand everywhere and create a significant improvement in the quality of care available.

As a result of the three-day training held between 7-9 November 2022, the participants will contribute to the sustainability of the Understanding and Prevention of Compulsive Behaviors Trainer Training by transferring their learning outcomes to their colleagues in their organizations as trainer trainers.
